13.5oz Raw denim BB cap fabric from Kurashiki Japan

This cap is made of approximately 13.5 oz. raw denim fabric from Kurashiki, Japan.

We produce the caps in our workshop after you place an order. It takes about 2-3 weeks from order to shipment.

The design is deep enough to fit completely over the head.

This item is made of unprocessed Kibata 13.5 oz. denim fabric with white cotton thread for the stitching.
　You can enjoy the unique aging process such as sagging and coloring.

The inside tape is made of Severis, which has antibacterial, deodorant, sweat-absorbent, and quick-drying functions.

The brim is wired to allow the shape to be changed as desired.

We will ship them in the size you requested after one-washing and shrinking them tightly and attaching the inner tape.
